In small healthcare and treatment practices, reservations, patient communication, and daily operations often depend on the telephone, paper, and individual memory. Systems built for large hospitals are too heavy to fit; what's missing is a system matched to the scale of the practice — one that staff can keep using.

■■ What we are building

An operational DX service that handles reservations, patient communication, and practice management as one. Across both an admin console and mobile, we design flows that burden neither staff nor patients, refining the product through repeated interviews with practitioners.
