LINE-based Operational DX for Taxi Dispatch and Operations (In Development)

In regional taxi businesses, everything from reservation intake to dispatch and driver communication depends on phone and radio, straining operations at peak hours and dropping requests. Meanwhile, dedicated apps set the adoption bar too high for riders and drivers alike.

■■ What we are building

A system that connects reservation intake, dispatch, and operational communication to the business system through LINE — the communication platform riders and drivers already know. Instead of asking people to learn a new app, we place the work on top of an existing habit: a project that embodies Pursuit's principle of designing backwards from adoption.

In development. We will stay involved through adoption, as infrastructure supporting the sustainability of regional transportation.
